Eve6

Hey everyone! Most people know me and call me Truck. Long story on the nickname.

On a fateful day at Best Buy many moons ago, I purchased two things that one day would turn into changing my life. I was a young lad, looking to be hip/cool. So, I purchased a dope red-walkman it was BEAUTIFUL. And I needed a CD. So I bought the coolest looking one I could fine. It was Eve6's "Horrorscope". I religiously listened to this CD over and over again, caught over by everything that album graced my ears with. My parents, well... they refused to bring me to shows! DAMN THEM

Being 13 years old, not computer literate, I was unable to Napster other Eve6 songs. I ended up not knowing there was a first album before this second, and actually, never owning it until after, well, the bands "HIATUS" in 2004. I do remember grabbing the AIM buddy icon in support of Eve6's IAIYH cd, and displayed it proudly. Eventually, I figured out "Beautiful Oblivion" was that of Eve6. But it was too late. Across the interweb showed Eve6 was no more. I was depressed. Sugi Tap emerged, amazing... and then re-transformed to... well... Eve6! ALL was right in the world

HOWEVER... I got to see Eve6 live back in April of 2008! (although Jon was absent). After traveling over 1700+ miles in just over 3 years, my life was made on my 24th birthday. July 1st, 2011 - a day that will live in Truck Life Infamy --- I saw Eve6 in their fullest capacity, complete with Jon! Life= made.

In the past 6-12 months, friends have become FULLY aware of my musical love of Eve6. As much as the band prob gets PO'd, I must say, I enjoy liking, sharing, retweeting, etc EVERYTHING the band has put out! I want them to be successful as Eve6-3.0.
