It's early Friday morning and I am procrastinating working (what's new?) and counting down the days until the EVE6 show at Peabody's in Cleveland! I cannot believe this day is so close! I took both next Thursday and Friday off of work in celebration of al the EVE6-ness there is to be had.

I've been to many hardcore shows at Peabody's, but this will be my first not-so hardcore show there. Peabody's is the only bar in the city I was kicked out of. I don't remember where the bf and I were before that night, but we ended up drinking Christmas Ales (DANGER!) at Peabody's and I put my head down on the bar. Apparently this is a sign of "stupid drunk girl" and they said if I didn't pick my head up then I would have to leave. And me, drunk on Christmas Ale, did it again.

But, lame story aside, I haven't been back in a long time and I'm super excited!

I also hope to hit up my favorite CLE hole-in-the-wall, Becky's on E 18th. This is a CSU institution and always has freshly made food and cheap beer ($2 Labatt, every day, all the time). The walk to Peabody's is only 2 blocks away, so you will know where to find me between the VIP session and the show.
