Does anyone else think that Underachiever and Red & Black deserve actual spots on the album? It's not even that to me I like them more; I really feel that they are more Eve 6-like than a handful of songs on the album.

Underachiever is just great, it was always a favorite of mine from all of the live recordings of new songs throughout the past few years. Additionally, the updated Red & Black blew me away just as much as the first time I heard The Sugi Tap's original version.
